Drawing was fundamental to me starting my career within the creative industries. The skill of the designer is to interpret or imagine what the viewer should see and feel, and to develop techniques and craftsmanship to communicate these visually – I feel life drawing is this process in its purest form.
Drawing enables the visualisation and development of perceptions and ideas, or to record and interpret our worlds without the barriers of language, which is important in our increasingly globalised interconnected lives.
